Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). Both of these recommendations will most likely be partially implemented. Review of Part 10 Subpart C of the STCW SNPRM was submitted to the appropriate Coast Guard office as part of the review and comment of the entire STCW SNPRM. The outline of the DME program from MMMAC is along the basis of the Coast Guard's preliminary thoughts of a DME Program.
