Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). DHS has established a database to track progress of recommendations in order to provide periodic reviews/updates. Of the 100 recommendations since 2004, 51% have been or will be partially implemented. The 16 new recommendations from the NSTAC's Communications Resiliency Report are currently being reviewed by the White House.
