- The DRBOSAC shall provide advice, recommendations and a ranking of priorities for measures to improve the prevention of and
response to future oil spills in the Delaware River and Delaware Bay. Not later than 18 months after the appointment of members
to the Committee, it shall provide a report to the Commandant of the Coast Guard, the Governors of the States of New Jersey,
Pennsylvania, and Delaware, the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation
and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives, detailing those recommendations and priorities. The committee's termination
date was legislatively extended, and the draft final report was voted on in Dec 2010.
