In our digital age, more and more of the Corporation’s business is being conducted online, and our websites communicate with
millions of Americans every month. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve communication and customer service, the Corporation
has begun a web redesign process, and we are actively seeking public input. In addition to conducting interviews and usability
tests with a wide range of external stakeholders, we launched a feedback tool on our website to get comments from the public.
Visitors to the site can submit comments and see what others are saying about a range of topics including content, navigation,
