In January 2010, the Corporation began using the eRulemaking program to obtain public comment on pending regulations. The
eRulemaking program is the federal‐wide solution primarily supporting regulatory development activities. Through the website
http://www.Regulations.gov, the public has access to over 2.2 million documents including: rules, proposed rules, notices,
supporting and related materials, public submissions and other documents posted by federal agencies. As a user of Regulations.gov,
the Corporation will make a wide range of documents available to the public for comment.
