4.2.3: Planning, Recruitment & Positioning We will plan, recruit and place positions in the workforce in order to meet CNCS' current and projected work requirements. Other Information: CNCS is committed to the strategic management of federal personnel. Additional experience in our six focus areas will be needed to advance our work, along with a working knowledge of program evaluation and results accountability. We will continually assess the key requirements of our work. An assessment will be used to align the competencies of the workforce with the work requirements. Accordingly, on-going assessment and monitoring of key human capital talent dimensions will be planned to ensure our workforce is properly supporting CNCS' goals. Indicator(s):
