Collaborate with the LoBs to identify and establish shared service providers for select cross-agency business processes. Other Information:
MAJOR ACTIVITIES: - Facilitate the development of collaborative management processes and best practices for e-Gov shared services.
- Encourage and assist agencies, LoBs, and e-Gov project managers to use the Federal Transition Framework (FTF) Catalog to
identify and incorporate shared solutions into their architectural plans and IT acquisitions.
