c.7: Member Dialogue and Feedback

Improve dialogue with members and so encourage feedback, through: i. providing an online forum for members’ feedback with comments circulated to the Executive and BAM office for discussion/action; ii, considering additional ways to obtain feedback from members; iii. designing and sending a questionnaire to all lapsed and lapsing members to ascertain the reasons for their decision.
