Move towards a second phase of website development incorporating the delivery of services to members such as online networking, an interactive discussion forum, the opportunity to manage their own membership (contact details, membership renewals, requests for information, online booking for training and development events and downloadable podcasts of discussion from workshops, conferences and so on, through: i. considering the functional requirements of stage two of the Web site development and production of a clear specification in preparation for competitive tender; ii. considering the commercial aspect of the site – such as selling advertising space, charging for job advertisements – and whether this is something that should be cultivated; iii. considering the possibilities for using enhance website facilities to reducing the administrative processes within the BAM office.
