- Scott Andersen: SafeGov.org Expert Contributor -- Director of Cloud Computing, Lockheed Martin: Scott Andersen recently joined Lockheed Martin
IS&GS with 15 years of experience from Microsoft where he served as the Director of Cloud Computing. Andersen consults with
sophisticated technical teams across the organization to help drive technical and "go-to-market" strategies and commercial
best practices. Andersen earned his BS from Indiana University. Andersen holds positions on the Board of Directors and the
Board of Education for the IASA (International Association of Software Architects).
- Julie Anderson: SafeGov.org Expert Contributor -- Managing Director, Civitas Group: Julie M. Anderson is an expert in the management of government
and organizational transformation. Before joining the Civitas team she served as the Acting Assistant Secretary for Policy
and Planning and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in the
Obama Administration. Prior to her appointment, she worked for IBM Public Sector Global Business Services as an associate

- Scott Aken: SafeGov.org Expert Contributor -- Vice President of Strategic Ventures, L-3 STRATIS: Scott Aken has almost 15 years experience
in information security and is an expert in cyber strategy. He currently manages the Strategic Ventures team within the Chief
Growth Office. This office develops corporate-wide cyber strategies, cyber product and solution offerings, determines key
investments, completes strategic partnering, and provides thought leadership within the cyber domain. Prior to L-3, he was
Vice President for Cyber Operations at SAIC and a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. While at the FBI,
he specialized in cyber counterintelligence computer intrusion investigations and was a member of their elite Cyber Action
Team. Prior to the FBI, he spent nine years working in the software and Internet industry including being a Vice President
of Program Management for VeriSign / Network Solutions and Sr. Manager in General Electric’s Information Systems business
unit.
- Bob Butler: SafeGov.org Expert Contributor -- Senior Advisor, Chertoff Group: Bob Butler serves as a senior advisor to The Chertoff Group
offering specific insight and advice on the current threat landscape as it relates to cyber and the innovative, cost-effective
solutions being sought to counter this evolving threat. He also serves as a Special Government Expert to the Office of the
Secretary of Defense, Air Force Scientific Advisory Board and other organizations on cyber security. He was recently appointed
as the chairman of the Texas State Cyber Security, Education and Economic Development Council. Previously, Mr. Butler served
as the first Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy (August 2009-August 2011.) In this role, Mr. Butler acted
as the principal advisor to the Secretary of Defense and other Defense leaders on the development of cyber strategy and policy.
Mr. Butler has a distinguished career in information technology, intelligence and national security which spans 32 years of
both public and private sector experiences. He is a retired US Air Force colonel and a former member of the Defense Department’s
senior executive service. He has also been an Account Executive and senior cyber strategist with Computer Sciences Corporation.
Mr. Butler earned a bachelor degree of science in computer information systems from Manhattan College and a master’s degree
in business administration from the School of Business at the University of Maryland. He is a former RAND fellow, and has
served as a National Defense Fellow at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. He has received a number of public
service awards.
- Michael Chertoff: SafeGov.org Expert Contributor -- Managing Principal, Chertoff Group: As Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
from 2005 to 2009, Mr. Chertoff led the country in blocking would-be terrorists from crossing our borders or implementing

- Bryan Cunningham: SafeGov.org Expert Contributor -- Principal, Cunningham Partners LLC: Bryan Cunningham is an information security and privacy
lawyer and Principal in the law firm of Cunningham Partners LLC, where he advises clients, including Fortune 500 companies,
government, and multinational entities, on information security and data privacy and protection programs and other security-related
issues. Cunningham is the principal author of legal and ethics chapters in multiple authoritative textbooks, and is one of
the only private sector attorneys certified in the National Security Agency Information Security Assurance Methodology. Mr.
Cunningham has served in senior intelligence and law enforcement positions in the United States Government for Administrations
of both political parties, most recently as Deputy Legal Adviser to then-National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice. At the
White House, Cunningham drafted significant portions of the National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace, the Homeland Security
Act, executive orders on terrorism and intelligence, and other terrorism-related policy documents, and was one of the primary
attorneys working with the 9/11 Commission. He also served six years in the Clinton Administration, as a senior CIA Officer
and federal prosecutor. Cunningham was founding vice-chair of the American Bar Association CyberSecurity Privacy Task Force
and was awarded the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement for his work on information issues. Cunningham has served on
the National Academy of Sciences Committee on Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures, and is a member of the non-partisan
Markle Foundation Task Force on National Security in the Information Age. He currently serves on the Bipartisan Policy Center's
Cyber Security Task Force.
- Clark Kent Ervin: SafeGov.org Expert Contributor -- Director, Aspen Institute: Clark Kent Ervin is the Director of the Aspen Institute’s Homeland
Security Program and a partner at the law firm of Patton Boggs, LLP. He served as the first Inspector General of the United
States Department of Homeland Security, from January, 2003 to December, 2004. Prior to his service at DHS, he served as the
Inspector General of the United States Department of State and the Broadcasting Board of Governors, from August, 2001 to January,
2003. Mr. Ervin is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
- Karen Evans: SafeGov.org Expert Contributor -- Partner, KE&T Partners: Karen Evans serves as the National Director for the US Cyber Challenge,
a nationwide program focused specifically on the cyber workforce. She is also an independent consultant in the areas of leadership,
management and the strategic use of information technology. She retired after nearly 28 years of federal government service
with responsibilities ranging from a GS-2 to Presidential Appointee as the Administrator for E-Government and Information

Doug was formerly the CEO and co-founder of Softway Systems, the creators of the Interix UNIX subsystem and migration solution

- General Ken Minihan: SafeGov.org Expert Contributor -- Managing Director, Paladin: Lieutenant General Ken Minihan is a Managing Director at Paladin.
He retired from the U.S. Air Force on June 1, 1999, after more than 33 years of active commissioned service to the nation.
On his final tour of duty he served as the 14th Director of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service, a combat
support agency of the Department of Defense with military and civilian personnel stationed worldwide. As Director, he was
the senior uniformed intelligence officer in the Department of Defense. He has also served as the Director of the Defense
Intelligence Agency. He has over thirty years experience in national, defense and military information services, information
