- Erinn Andrews: Senior Director, Nonprofit Strategy -- Erinn Andrews has a Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University's School of
Education in the Policy, Organization, & Leadership Studies program. She was on the leadership team for the Graduate School
of Business Education Club and a Social Chair Representative for the School of Education Guild. Prior to graduate school,
Erinn worked in the Office of Undergraduate Admission at Stanford University as the Assistant Director where she managed 73
international territories, reading, evaluating, and supporting recommendations on more than 2,500 freshman applications. Erinn
completed her undergraduate studies at Stanford University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History with honors. Formerly, the
Chief Operating Officer for Philanthropedia, Erinn started out at GuideStar as the Director of Data, Research, and Partner
Relationships from February 2011 - May 2012. In this capacity, she oversaw the Philanthropedia research, identified new data
partners for GuideStar, managed the relationships with GuideStar's current external partners, and managed the TakeAction component
of GuideStar's site. Now, she is the Senior Director, Nonprofit Strategy assuming all former roles and also developing the
strategy for and overseeing the GuideStar Exchange program, GuideStar's primary initiative to engage nonprofits. She is also
Product Manager for the Research and Development team and Product Owner of the Education@GuideStar product.
- Jasmine Marrow: Manager of Philanthropedia Research at GuideStar -- Jasmine Marrow has her Master of Public Policy from Mills College in Oakland,
CA where she also earned her Bachelor's degree. Prior to her work at Philanthropedia, Jasmine spent time as Communications
and Operations Coordinator at Great Oakland Public Schools, an education advocacy nonprofit. At the San Francisco Parks Trust,
an urban greening nonprofit, she recruited volunteers, developed membership strategies, and connected with community members
building community gardens. Jasmine is the Manager of Philanthropedia Research at GuideStar. She is charged with leading Philanthropedia's
research efforts. She will develop the strategy for continued growth into new causes, rerun old causes, and international
expansion. She is also responsible for recruiting and managing interns helping with this effort.
- Nikolay Kazmin: Product Development Engineer -- Nikolay Kazmin has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Jacobs University Bremen, Germany
and a Masters degree in Software Engineering from ETH Zurich. Nikolay has more than seven years experience in software development
and two years in web applications development. He is a founding member of team 2x, a technology startup that has built various
web products in use by thousands today. Nikolay's passion is solving real world problems with the help of technology.
- Petar Dobrev: Product Development Engineer -- Petar Dobrev has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Jacobs University, Bremen, Germany.
He helps coordinating product development in the team, setting up server environments and implementing product features. He
has been actively involved in an internet startup for visual collaboration and two open source projects - Yoper Linux (a linux
distribution) and Orbited (real-time communication for the browser). Petar is also interested in computer graphics and scientific
visualization research and has co-authored publications. He also holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer
Science from Jacobs University.
