John Mack: Morgan Stanley -- John J. Mack is a Senior Advisor of both Morgan Stanley and KKR. He retired as Chairman of the Board of Morgan Stanley at the end of 2011 and also served as Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley from June 2005 until December 2009. John first joined Morgan Stanley in 1972 as a bond trader, rose steadily to manage the firm's fixed income division from 1985 to 1992, served as the company's CEO from 2005 to 2010, and as chairman from 2005 to 2011. He is credited for steering Morgan Stanley through the financial crisis, maintaining the firm's independence and overseeing the firm's conversion to a bank holding company. Before rejoining Morgan Stanley as Chairman and CEO in June 2005, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Group and Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mary Meeker: Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers -- Mary Meeker joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers as a partner in 2010, and leads KPCB's $1 billion US Digital Growth Fund (DGF), which targets high-growth Internet companies that have achieved rapid adoption and scale. From 1991 to 2010 Mary worked at Morgan Stanley as managing director and research analyst, where she focused on discovering and understanding emerging technologies and supported category-defining companies during their critical phases. Mary is renowned for her ability to spot trends at the intersection of business and technology, and for her annual Internet Trends report which is closely watched by industry professionals around the world.

Hans Morris: General Atlantic -- Hans Morris served as president of Visa Inc. from 2007 to 2009, where his primary responsibilities included managing all markets in which Visa did business. Hans tenure coincided with the global payments technology company's initial public offering and a reorganization that merged several separate businesses into a new company. Hans previously spent 27 years at Citigroup and its predecessor companies in assorted leadership positions, with his final position as CFO and head of finance, technology and operations for Citi Markets and Banking. He is currently an advisory director at growth equity firm General Atlantic, where he leads investments in the financial services industry and is a director for three portfolio companies. Morris graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1980. He serves as chairman of the board of trustees of the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA), a trustee of the Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival, and is chairman of the board of overseers at the Hopkins Center for the Arts at Dartmouth College.

Lawrence H. Summers: Harvard University -- Lawrence H. Summers is the Charles W. Eliot University Professor & President Emeritus of Harvard University and the Weil Director of the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business & Government at Harvard's Kennedy School. As one of America's preeminent economists, he has served in a series of senior policy positions in Washington, D.C., including the 71st Secretary of the Treasury for President Clinton, Director of the National Economic Council for President Obama and Vice President of Development Economics and Chief Economist of the World Bank. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1975 and was awarded a Ph.D. from Harvard in 1982. In 1987, Mr. Summers became the first social scientist ever to receive the annual Alan T. Waterman Award of the National Science Foundation (NSF), and in 1993 he was awarded the John Bates Clark Medal, given every two years to the outstanding American economist under the age of 40.

Renaud Laplanche: Lending Club -- As Founder and CEO Renaud is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operation of Lending Club. Renaud has appeared in many leading publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, BusinessWeek and Barron's. Renaud has been featured on CNBC, Bloomberg, ABC News, CBS News, and Fox Business News. Before Lending Club, Renaud was the Founder & CEO of TripleHop Technologies, an enterprise software company acquired by Oracle Corporation in June 2005. Prior to that, Renaud was a Senior Associate at New York law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. He was named a 2013 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award Winner for Northern California, 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year at the BFM Awards, and in 2002 was honored with the HEC Entrepreneur of the Year award. Renaud has also won the French sailing championship twice, in 1988 and 1990. Renaud has a Masters of Business Administration from HEC and London Business School and a JD from Montpellier University. He is a frequent guest lecturer at Columbia Business School and a member of the Young Presidents' Organization.

Daniel T. Ciporin: Canaan Partners -- Dan Ciporin joined Canaan Partners in 2007 as a Venture Partner specializing in digital media and communications investments. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Shopping.com, the pioneer in online comparison shopping, where he oversaw growth from zero to over $100 million in revenue in just five years, culminating in the company's IPO in October 2004 and later acquisition by eBay in 2005. Prior to Shopping.com, Dan served as senior vice president of MasterCard International, where he managed global debit services. Dan also sits on the board of OpenSky, Gemvara, and Peer 39.

Jeff Crowe: Norwest Venture Partners -- Jeff joined Norwest Venture Partners in 2004 and focuses on investments in the internet, consumer, and software arenas. He currently serves on the boards of AdChina, All Reach Media, Badgeville, deCarta, Extole, InfoArmy, Lending Club, Nano-Tex, Snapfinger, SocialVibe, The Echo Nest, Turn and RetailMeNot. He is also involved with Lashou. Jeff's past investments include Admeld (acquired by Google), Jigsaw (acquired by Salesforce.com), Tuvox (acquired by West Interactive), and he was a board observer at Cast Iron Systems (acquired by IBM). Prior to Norwest, Jeff served as President, COO and board member of DoveBid, Inc., a privately held business auction firm, which expanded during his tenure via internal growth and acquisition from a $10M revenue run rate to a $120M revenue run rate with 400 employees.

Rebecca Lynn: Morgenthaler Ventures -- Rebecca Lynn joined Morgenthaler Ventures in 2007. She focuses on early-stage investments in mobile, internet services, health, and financial services. Rebecca began her career at Procter and Gamble where she worked in international new product market entry. She then spent four years at NextCard where she led product development efforts and later served as the Vice President of Marketing where she managed one of the top five largest online marketing efforts. After NextCard, she ran her own consulting business focusing on online marketing for financial services and affiliate marketing. She serves on the boards of Pageonce and Socrata, and is second on the board of Adara Media.

Alex W. "Pete" Hart: Former CEO, Mastercard -- Pete Hart is currently Chairman of the Board of the Silicon Valley Bank, and is a director of Fair Isaac Corporation, Global Payments, Inc., VeriFone Holdings, Inc. and eHarmony.com. Until 1997, Pete Hart served as Chief Executive Officer of Advanta Corporation, a diversified financial services company. From 1988 to 1994, Pete was President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterCard International, the worldwide payment service provider. Concurrently he also served as Chairman of the Board of Maestro International, the global debit system, and was a member of the board of directors of Europay International.

Richard H. Neiman: Former Superintendent of Banks for New York -- Vice Chairman, Global Financial Services Regulatory Practice, PwC Richard Neiman is currently Vice Chairman of the Global Financial Services Regulatory Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Prior to joining PwC, Richard served as the Superintendent of Banks for the State of New York from March 2007 to May 2011. While serving as Superintendent, Richard was appointed by then House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to serve on the five-member TARP Congressional Oversight Panel. Richard has over 30 years experience in the financial industry having served in a range of executive, regulatory and legal roles, including senior positions with Citibank and TD Waterhouse (now TD Ameritrade). Richard started his legal career with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Washington, DC. Richard also currently serves as an advisor to the Washington, DC - based Bipartisan Policy Center's Financial Regulatory Reform Initiative. He is also on the advisory council of the Institute for Financial Market Regulation and on the advisory board of Columbia Business School's Chinese Business Initiative.

Christopher D Thom: Former Chief Risk Officer, MasterCard -- Chris Thom retired from MasterCard in 2006 where he was Chief Risk Officer, Senior Executive Vice President of the Global Development Group and a member of the Executive Management Group. Prior to joining MasterCard in 1995, Mr. Thom served in a variety of positions at HSBC Group in the United Kingdom, including as general manager, Strategic Development and general manager, Retail. In the latter position, Mr. Thom was responsible for the core banking services and products delivered through HSBC's branch network, as well as HSBC's card service, private banking and other businesses.

Brian M. Barefoot: Former CEO PaineWebber International; President Emeritus, Babson College -- Brian M. Barefoot is President Emeritus of Babson College where he served as president from 2001 until 2008, and served as Chair of the Board of Trustees from 1996 to 2001. Prior to this, Mr. Barefoot's career in financial services has spanned more than three decades. At PaineWebber, Inc. he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Investment Banking, a member of its Board of Directors, and President and Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary, PaineWebber International. During twenty-five years at Merrill Lynch & Co., he held various senior management positions, retiring as Senior Vice President and Managing Director. He has also held senior management, director and trustee positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, the Kent Place School and other leading companies.

Gary Briggs: Former CMO, eBay -- VP Consumer Marketing, Google Gary Briggs is currently the VP of Consumer Marketing at Google. Prior to this, Gary served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at eBay. He was responsible for eBay's branding and marketing activities in North America, including advertising, Internet marketing, direct marketing, onsite merchandising, partner relationships, and core category initiatives. In his six-year career at eBay, Gary held other positions including VP of Consumer Marketing for eBay U.S., VP of Global Marketing for PayPal, and General Manager for eBay Canada.

John Furjanic: Former EVP, North American Consumer Risk, Citigroup -- John Furjanic is the Founder and CEO of ROI Solutions. Prior to founding ROI Solutions John had a 20-year career at Citigroup where during his tenure he held numerous senior executive positions in risk management and served as a Senior Credit Officer and Global Credit Director for Citigroup's Global Consumer Bank. Serving as Citigroup's Senior Vice President of North American Consumer Risk Management, John lead a team responsible for credit policy and risk management for Diner's Club North America. In this role, he reduced bankruptcies by more than 25% by significantly advancing the usage of third party data resources and increased collection recovery rates on small business card portfolios by more than 500%.

Dr. Walter Kuemmerle: President, Kuemmerle Research Group -- Walter Kuemmerle is a leading academic expert on entrepreneurship, international strategy and the management of fast-growing firms. He is the founder and president of Kuemmerle Research Group, a firm that specializes in top-level executive education and strategic advisory services. He was a professor at Harvard Business School for over ten years, with a joint appointment in the Entrepreneurial Management and Technology & Operations Management faculty groups. His research has been published in leading academic journals. He is also active as an early-stage investor.

Soul Htite: CEO, Sino Lending -- Soul Htite is the CEO of Sino Lending, a peer to peer lending company based in Mainland China. Soul was a Co-Founder and Vice President of Engineering at Lending Club until late 2010. During his tenure at Lending Club, Soul led technical development and operations, ensuring that our online capabilities were both state of the art and fully secure. Soul has spent most of his professional career building enterprise-level software with Oracle Corporation. He has focused on real-time online services and system design for high availability. Soul held a senior product development position in the Oracle core server technologies team, and lead research projects focusing on diagnosability and online system management services. Soul also led a global early product adoption initiative for Oracle's real-time collaboration products. Soul received both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Computer Networking and Software Engineering from the University of Montreal.
