- Greater Houston Partnership: HYPE is part of the Greater Houston Partnership and relies on their support and resources. The principal objective of the
Greater Houston Partnership, which traces its roots back to Houston's original Chamber of Commerce founded in 1840 is to build
regional economic prosperity. The Partnership facilitates relocations and expansions in the Houston area; international outreach
initiatives such as business development missions outside the U.S. and receiving foreign trade delegations; and strategic
planning. The 10-county Houston region encompasses Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery,
San Jacinto and Waller counties.

- Ryan McCauley: Chairman -- Healthcare and Not for Profit Relationship Management, JPMorgan Chase -- Ryan is a Commercial Bank Relationship
Manager at JPMorgan Chase focusing on Healthcare & Non Profit institutions. Prior to joining the Commercial Bank, he held
positions with JPMorgan Chase in Treasury and Securities Services and Retail Financial Services in Chicago, Illinois and Austin,
Texas. Ryan graduated from Saint Louis University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences English Literature degree.
Ryan is a native Houstonian and serves on the board of Directors for Avance - Houston, the United Way Young Leaders Society,
and the JPMorgan Chase Houston Volunteer Leadership Group. He was recently named the Big Brother of the Year for Big Brothers
Big Sisters Lone Star.
- Jen Lemanski: Vice-Chair -- Practice Growth Manager, Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas) -- Jen Lemanski is the Manager for
the Practice Growth team at Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas), one of the largest accounting firms in Houston.
She is responsible for implementing the firm's marketing initiatives and outreaches into the marketplace, most notably the
award-winning firm blog, www.FromGregsHead.com and the PKF Texas - The Entrepreneur's Playbook best practice tips. Jen is
a member of the national editorial board for The Edge magazine, a publication of the Leading Edge Alliance, an international
professional association of accounting firms. Jen is the champion for firm's young professionals initiatives, leading the
PKF Texas Cubesters. A founding committee member of the Jet-Set Young Professionals for the World Trade Soiree, she joined
the HYPE leadership team in 2010. She also is the immediate past Steering Group chair for the Young Professionals SIG of the
Leading Edge Alliance. Jen graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State University.
- Laura Cating: Marketing Sub-committee Co-Chair -- Project Manager, CenterPoint Energy Corporate Communications -- Laura is a Corporate Communications
Project Manager at CenterPoint Energy, focusing on media relations. She is responsible for planning press events, representing
the company in media interviews, strategizing for large-scale emergency response and planning communications for the company's
various electric, natural gas and pipelines projects. She also markets the company's "Right Tree Right Place campaign," urging
consumers to plant vegetation away from power lines. Laura graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication
- Public Relations from Louisiana State University. She currently serves on the communications committee for Tallowood Baptist
Church and volunteers in the church's student ministry.
- Darrell Morris: Marketing Sub-committee Co-Chair -- Equity Trading Analyst, Chevron -- Darrell Morris is an Equity Trading Analyst with Chevron
Gas and Midstream - Crude Supply & Trading Division. His main responsibility is to support and analyze the marketing activities
of crude oil for the Central Permian Basin region. Throughout his 5 years at Chevron he has experieneced roles of increasing
responsibility spanning from Downstream, Drilling & Completions, and most currently Gas & Midstream. Prior to his current
role, Darrell operated as a Functional Business Analyst with Chevron's Energy Technology Company working on the Real-Time
Drilling Optimization Center project to standardize and optimize the way Chevron's Digital Engineers of the Future use data
to collaborate with office and rig-site personnel and strengthen the decision-making process to safely and efficiently drill
their resources. Darrell graduated from University of Houston with a Bachelors in MIS and Finance and has served as a member
of H.Y.P.E. for 3 years.
- Blake Green: Sponsor Liaison -- Deputy Director, Texas League of Young Voters Education Fund -- Blake serves as Deputy Director of the
Texas League of Young Voters Education Fund, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization which empowers young people statewide to
participate in the democratic and electoral process. He is responsible for the successful implementation and growth of all
programmatic initiatives and in developing and implementing strategies for organizational growth and sustainability, while
providing legal, human resource, and financial oversight. Blake, a Houston native, received his Bachelor's of Business Administration
and Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Texas Southern University's Jesse H. Jones School of Business.
Blake is a graduate of United Way's Project Blueprint program and currently serves on a number of nonprofit boards throughout
the Houston community.
- Alias Johnson: Program Development Sub-committee Co-Chair -- Vice President, Capital One Bank -- Alias serves as the Vice President of Capital
One's Business Banking Division. He specializes in helping local businesses grow and expand their operations in several industries
such as Medical, Accounting, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, and General Business. Alias's main purpose is to help
local businesses grow and create jobs which have a direct impact on Houston's local economy. Alias graduated from Texas State
University-San Marcos with in December 2004 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
Alias is also actively involved with several organizations. Alias is a member of the Greater Houston Partnership and Kappa
Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. He also serves as a Financial Literacy expert to hundreds of people in the local Houston Community
and teaches financial improvement programs for several non profit organizations such as Junior Achievement and New Destiny
Praise and Worship Center. Alias Joined HYPE in 2011 and joined the leadership team in 2013.
- Marredia Rogers: Program Development Sub-committee Co-Chair -- Manager, Diversity & Inclusion - Bracewell & Giuliani LLP -- Marredia Rogers
is the Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Bracewell & Giuliani. In this capacity, she devotes her efforts full time to overseeing
the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at broadening the firm's efforts in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining
a diverse workforce of attorneys and staff; increasing the pipeline of ethnically diverse individuals and women in the legal
profession; and promoting diversity and inclusion through client relationships, the legal community and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Rogers collaborates with the chairs of both the Partner Inclusion Committee and Associate Inclusion Committee to facilitate
and implement these initiatives. Ms. Rogers received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Public Administration,
with a concentration in Leadership and Human Resources Management from Sam Houston State University.
- Rachel Price: Events Sub-committee Co-Chair -- Sales Manager, Brenner's on the Bayou, Landry's Restaurants, Inc. -- Rachel McInnis Price
is a native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and attended the University of Southern Mississippi. Ms. Pricebegan her career with
Landry's as the Sales and Events Manager for The Oceanaire Seafood Room in 2009. In 2010 TheLandry's Signature Group promoted
her to the Sales and Events Manager of Brenner's on the Bayou. Within the companyshe co-chairs an association for the Signature
Group Sales Management team.Ms. Price's active involvement with the community includes her service on the Board of Directors
of Boys and Girls Harborand on the Women's Excellence in Business Council. She is the former President of the South Mississippi
Bar Auxiliary,an Ambassador for the Galleria Chamber of Commerce and on the Chamber's Texas Legends Gala Auction Committee.She
is a volunteer for Eye Care for Kid's, Lemonade Day and Kid's Meals. Ms. Price joined HYPE in 2011, the HYPEEvents Subcommittee
in 2012 and current serves as the 2013 Events Committee Co-Chair.
- Dena Washington: Events Sub-committee Co-Chair -- Energy Consultant, Reliant, An NRG Company -- Dena Washington is an Energy Consultant at
Reliant responsible for the administration of business accounts by providing account management with professional care. She
joined Reliant seven years ago and has worked in various roles. In addition to her current position; she works with Community
Marketing at Reliant as an Energy Advisor instructing consumers on how to use energy efficiently and provides community assistance.
She has also represented Reliant in the community with Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce events, Meals on Wheels, Texas
Restaurant Association, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and YMCA. Her community fundraising efforts have benefited March
of Dimes, AIDS Foundation Houston, and American Heart Association. She is a member of the inaugural LeadershipNEXT forum through
the Center for Houston's Future, an Ambassador for Houston Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce, Women's Energy Network, Young
Women Energized, and participates with the American Management Association. Mrs. Washington joined HYPE in 2011 and has served
on the Networking and Events committees; and currently serves as the 2013 Events Committee Co-Chair. Every day brings a new
challenge in her life; and she is excited to gain additional opportunities to represent her family, company, Houston, and
to serve her community.
- Brandon Sparks: Community Outreach Sub-committee Co-Chair -- Senior Analyst, Simmons & Company -- Brandon Sparks is a senior analyst at Simmons
& Company International, an independent investment bank specializing in transactions in the energy industry. Prior to Simmons,
Brandon completed a two-year analyst program with the Global Energy Group at UBS Investment Bank. Brandon has executed debt
and equity offerings for clients in all verticals of the energy industry and has advised various midstream and oilfield service
companies on multiple mergers and acquisitions. As an undergraduate, Brandon interned for two summers with American Express
Company in New York City. Brandon attended Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine where he earned a bachelor of arts in Economics
and Government and was a four-year participant on the varsity football team.
- Jamey Steen: Community Outreach Sub-Committee Co-Chair -- Analyst, Black Stone Minerals Company LP -- Jamey is an analyst in the Business
Development group of Black Stone Minerals Company. Prior to joining Black Stone, Jamey was an analyst at GulfStar Group, a
boutique investment bank. Jamey received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs of Latin America from the University
of Virginia.
- Nate Stockard: Immediate Past Chairman -- President, Blue Atlas Marketing -- Nate has over 15 years of marketing experience in several industries
including medical services, construction, entertainment, and audio/video distribution. Nate attended the University of Memphis
and studied marketing at the Fogelman College of Business and Economics. Along with founding several successful companies
in Memphis, TN and Houston, TX, Nate has most recently founded a web marketing company in Houston, Blue Atlas Marketing. Blue
Atlas is a web marketing company specializing in three major areas: website development, search engine optimization, and social
media marketing, and works with businesses to integrate all of three service areas to create a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Nate has been a member of the HYPE leadership team since its inception and served as Vice Chairman in 2011. Nate and his company
are also members of the Greater Houston Partnership (GHP), and he is part of several committees for the GHP.
