The Federal CIO Council’s Architecture and Infrastructure Committee (AIC) Work Plan is outlined below by Subcommittee. The
purpose of this Work Plan is to outline the activities of the AIC as they relate to the 25 Point IT Reform Implementation
Plan.
The AIC will lead efforts to enable and support government agencies and their business partners to effectively architect,
invest, and implement solutions to improve the performance of government. The results of this work will be documented and
demonstrated by improved performance in terms of both mission outcomes and operational efficiency.

Description: The Architecture and Infrastructure Committee (AIC), of the Chief Information Officers (CIO) Council, develops policy, direction,
and guidance in concert with the Federal Enterprise Architecture Program Management Office (FEA PMO) to drive business process
improvement, investment management, and technical decisions. The partnership of the AIC and the FEA PMO is designed to further
the development and implementation of the FEA.
